Social Smiths was founded by Brendan Dsouza, a Mumbai real estate cinematographer, alongside Prarit Singh, a brand and digital strategist. That's the difference: your content is made by people who spend their week on site at real projects, not a generalist team learning real estate on your budget.

A real estate cinematographer who understands space, light, and buyer psychology. With 4+ years shooting luxury properties across India and Dubai, Brendan brings cinematic storytelling to every frame. This isn't a side hustle — it's a craft.
With over 8 years in marketing, brand management, and digital strategy, Prarit specialises in content marketing, creator partnerships, and building standout Creative IPs.
